These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the enjoy11 platform and all products and services offered by enjoy11. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "you") and enjoy11 ("enjoy11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the enjoy11 website located at enjoy11.lat, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and all associated gaming products and services. 3.2 Each individual person may hold only one (1) enjoy11 Account. enjoy11 strictly prohibits duplicate accounts. Members found operating multiple accounts may have all associated accounts suspended and balances forfeited without notice.

4.1 The enjoy11 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
4.2 enjoy11 requires identity document verification (KYC) prior to processing any withdrawal. This verification confirms both identity and age. Accounts where the Member is found to be under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
4.3 enjoy11 takes active steps to prevent underage access and cooperates fully with any regulatory authority investigation relating to underage gambling. If you are aware of an individual under 21 years of age using the Platform, please contact support immediately.
Deposits to your enjoy11 Wallet are accepted via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, FPX, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is RM 10 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. enjoy11 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. enjoy11 processes withdrawal requests via the same payment channel as the originating deposit where possible. enjoy11 targets a processing time of thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and one (1) business day for bank transfer withdrawals, subject to verification status and volume. enjoy11 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal of any amount.
enjoy11 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or wallets registered in the Member's own verified name. enjoy11 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or identity verification requirements.
6.1 enjoy11 offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to terms specific to each promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, rollover (wagering) requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.
6.2 Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. enjoy11 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to collusion, match-betting, arbitrage strategies, or the creation of multiple accounts.
6.3 enjoy11 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where rollover requirements are partially completed at the time of cancellation, enjoy11 will use its discretion in determining any applicable pro-rated benefit.
6.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until rollover requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to rollover completion will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
7.1 All bets placed on enjoy11 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport, or event. Game-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform.
7.2 Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. enjoy11 will not reverse confirmed bets except where there is a manifest technical error, in which case enjoy11 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.
7.3 enjoy11 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that result from a manifest error, technical malfunction, data feed failure, or pricing error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Member's Wallet.
7.4 In live/in-play betting markets, bets placed after an event's decisive outcome has occurred but before the Platform has registered and updated the result may be voided at enjoy11's discretion.
7.5 enjoy11 reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on any market, game, or Member Account without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the enjoy11 Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the enjoy11 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of enjoy11 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written consent from enjoy11.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, enjoy11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 enjoy11 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. enjoy11 does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform.
10.3 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome of participation. enjoy11 is not responsible for losses you sustain through legal and properly processed bets placed on the Platform.
10.4 enjoy11's aggregate liability to any Member for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 enjoy11 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following player protection tools accessible from within every enjoy11 Account at no charge and without any waiting period: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon application and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Members who self-exclude will not receive marketing communications from enjoy11 during the exclusion period.
11.3 enjoy11 may impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that gambling is causing harm to the Member, without requiring the Member's consent.

12.1 You may close your enjoy11 Account at any time by submitting a written request to enjoy11 customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, enjoy11 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances and wagering requirements that are outstanding at the time of closure are forfeited.
12.2 enjoy11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to void or withhold any balances therein, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons, where enjoy11 determines that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required by law or regulatory directive.
13.1 enjoy11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at enjoy11.lat/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.
13.2 Where changes are material, enjoy11 will endeavour to provide notice to Members via in-platform notification or email to the registered Account address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which enjoy11 holds its operating licence.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the enjoy11 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through enjoy11's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal written complaint to enjoy11 customer support.
14.3 If the internal dispute resolution process does not resolve the matter to the Member's satisfaction within thirty (30) days, the Member may escalate the dispute to the relevant gaming authority licensing body. Decisions of the licensing body's dispute resolution service are binding on enjoy11.
14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent enjoy11 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
